Q: How do I wear my buckle?
A: Every Bougie Buckle comes with a color-coordinated elastic and size-adjustable belt that is designed to work perfectly with all of our buckles. They are removable so you can easily change-out buckles on belts up to 1.6″ wide to really customize your style.
Q: Can I choose the color of the belt that comes with my buckle?
A: The color belt that arrives with your buckle will be chosen by the designer to best match the buckle. However, additional belts can be purchased for $5 each.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we are only able to ship to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest in our buckles!
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At this time we can accept small custom orders. Reach out via our contact page to inquire further!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If, for some reason, you need to return a buckle, mail it back to us within 30 days for a full refund (less the shipping cost to mail it back to us).
Q: What if my buckle needs a repair?
A: If any part of your buckle needs a repair, please contact us and we will be happy to take care of it for you (less the shipping cost to mail it back to us).
